If you have the Business Edition, click Save As and then select SVG and save it to where ever you would like. If you do not have the Business Edition, you can not save as an SVG.

@@lauribrownson3076 There is no reason to save as an SVG unless you are going to share the file. If you are just saving it to cut to your machine, save it to the library and as a Studio3 file and you will be fine. Remember to set up your cloud account so your designs will be safe.

The heart you see is part of the font. If you do not have that font, type out a name, add a heart and type out a name. Group them and then treat it as one as you see in the video.

That is the problem, the silhouette transfer tape is not very good. You can find better transfer tapes from shops on the internet or you can try the Cricut transfer tape. You can get that at a local craft shop or even Walmart if you need it immediately.

Ok I'll try something else. I had just gotten this a month ago so pokey new at it. I love it. Is there any you could recommend on the internet? And what about vinyl, any brands that are better than others

This font is no longer available from the source that I originally got it from. Any block style font will work the same way.

Could be a couple of things. Your using old vinyl or your cuts are too deep or you are not using good transfer tape. Not all transfer tape is created equal. Some are too sticky, some don't stick at all. Good way to tell is the price. If it is bargain basement priced, run, if it is middle of the road, you will be ok. Do not use contact paper as transfer tape, use one that is designed just for that reason, to transfer vinyl to another surface. Also adjust your pressure, it should be no more than 9 or 10 with a knife depth of 1. If you adjust all of those things, and it still does not transfer, sorry, I am out of answers. :)

You sure can! As long as the initial is solid like the 'MOM' you should have no problems.

I do not know. I do not have elements adobe, this tutorial was created for Silhouette Studio.

If you are going to put them on a shirt, yes, mirror the images, if on a coffee mug, do not mirror the images.

Commands for the swishes in the front and the back are [ and ] The middle heart is - . there are a lot more Glyphs to this font and they can be found in your Glyphs section of the text style menu under the chosen font.
