I’m an early Rhythmic Gymnast and my dream is to be in the national stream but I’m not the best but this totrial helped me get my needle and my pencher thank you so much!!!! I am in level 4a competitive and it helped me so much thank you again!!!!,!

My problem is like I have no problems with lifting my leg in the air but I have a problem with getting myself in the position of the full penche. My leg just go like to my stomach . Luv ur vids btw.❤
