Hi, welcome back again everyone! Here I bring you a 'How Perfect Muscle Up' Tutorial. I hope you all are able to receive some usable advice and knowledge from me today. For any questions or comments, please shoot up the comments!
Section 1: Initial Start
-'Hollow Ready' Hollowed out/Pushed forward shoulders, braced
abs.
Solid grip, none of that weak shit.
Locked out arms before pulling/ or arms locked out before even
grabbing bar.
Head should be kept neutral
Straight, locked legs.
Pointed toes.
section 2: Pull & Transition
Hold on to a strong hollow body to ensure a compromise on form
wont happen.
Don't land chest on bar, keep about 5 inches of space by pushing
down as you transition.
Keep head neutral
Refrain from kipping, all energy must go to pulling and keeping
core engaged.
Section 3: Dip
Lock out arms on top of dip.
Be sure to no let go of hollow activation. This will lead to a "Shrug"
at the top of the dip. Ex. in video
Section 4: Return
Don't drop chest to bar as you go down, drop down, and be sure
before you transition below the bar you kept a distance at about 5
inch from the bar.
HOLD ON TO HOLLOW BODY, without it youll most likely catch
momentum and or arching to cancel some momentum.
Lock out arms and repeat.
