I love it. I initially thought the wrap around the braid was too high but as a fellow licensed cosmetologist I realized that if the wrap hadn’t been so high up the base of the braid wouldn’t have had enough support to sit up so high and I love me a high sturdy ponytail
Hi I’m a hairstylist that mostly braids and I use that brand of hair a lot, the pre-stretched and that one you used. And the only way I control the end from tangle you is I use water with a touch of fabric softer. I kno I kno ppl on here please don’t kill me but I mix it in a spray bottle and it works. You have to remember that the hair is synthetic fibers that mimic hair and the fabric softer makes the hair straighten back out with you having to take the braid down.. This turned out beautiful and I love it but from hairstylist to the next someone put me on this and I thought I would be wrong to not share this. I also use it on the end of my clients faux locs to stop them from getting nappy I make a bottle for them and send it home with them to maintain the hair style and it always works. FYI I don’t put or spray this on the scalp just on synthetic hair ends. 😊
You gotta really love your job to be a hair stylist. This is such a long process. I really admire them. They do this day in and day out, but still stay motivated. True professionals. Me, not so much.

I love it. I actually like how high you wrapped her hair at the base of the ponytail. It makes it look different from all the other petals braid ponytails on here.

I'm mixed race & have afro hair, thick, wirey, dry & wavy. I get my hair straightened but it lasts a couple of days before the waves come back! I'd gone to a salon & the hairdresser complained her arms were aching because it's so thick. U have to really deep massage to wash & condition it
