This is not as easy as it looks. I am really tight. I broke 7 ribs on my left side 7 mos ago. Just found this video. Made me realize I am so tight. 3 reps per side was tough to even maintain proper position. I am going to do this exercise several times per day until I can work up to 5 reps per side. I never knew how tight I was until I tried this. Thank You for this. I hope to free my spine over the next few months
