my twin turbo went bananas and is in a continuous self test without me initiating it. i unplug it and power it on and after about 20 seconds the test runs again and never stops. i am wasting tons of labels :(
@@faszerniak yes. Apparently after reassembling the printer i didnt align things properly and caused the housing to permanently depress the test function. I had to open the housing and reassemble everything in perfect alignment.
I bought a Dymo 450 Turbo printer from Alexpress not knowing that Dymo manufactures for the European and North American markets. European market the label has 2 holes and North America has 1 hole. The printer does not recognize the paper. I have the label of the model intended for A.N that is not suitable for the European model.
I called Dymo and was told that my printer was suck in the self test and the take the cover plate off the front and press the black button at least 20 times. As I understand it, the button was stick in the down position.
My trust in Dymo gets less and less, this is my third broken down dymo printer in two years time.. It just wont print, yes blank labels.. and with the self test the patterns are looking good..
@@bjornroesbeke Damn those Delta Electric 19v supplies with their similar sized barrel connectors. I have been pulling my hair out for 2 days over this. Thanks for the tip!
