Incredible step, our flyhalf does it all the time with a little wiggle of the stepping foot in the air, it completely throws off the defense. You can hit a grubber after you land if it doesn't really fool them or you have to break through another line of defense. Great video man 🤞🏽

Hi, could you do a summary of all the steps you've shown in the past years? I'm kind of lost with all the side skip goose hop side again goose again videos and can't tell the differences anymore. A summary with all the knowledge you've gained over the years showing the essentials of each step in one video would be awesome!

Exactly right about how the goose works bro it goes hand in hand with the regular sidestep, like a decoy sidestep that keeps the defender anticipating it then bang, you goose past him and accelerate away.

It is the goose step... but the right thing is that the other leg do the horse kick and other leg kick the front.its like you jump then land with a hard kick at the back to push your body forward and the other leg kick forward to increase the speed running.I can teach better

It is unfortunate that I am watching this to outrun the police. I am from Kenya and walking home two weeks ago one night, cops jumped from their patrol car and my reflex made took off but they came after me but I outran them. Two weeks later, they were on foot patrol in plain clothes and my reflex came to my rescue again. But they were many it was not easy trying to dodge them I did but then sprained my leg just surrendered. Just know that not everyone is watching it to better their rugby but maybe to save their souls. I am a middle-distance runner and thus I'm sure not cop can outrun me but I need to know how to deal with those who will be in my path. As soon as my ankle heals, I know what to practice on. Thanks for the simple but effective video.

Jacob McDonald so finished the tournament. Got anotheronw next week. I did good. I did very good tackling and was one of the best in the team. When I got the ball I always went well RUNNING at least 30 odd meters and almost scoring an amazing try. I remember a good play was when we stole the ball on our try line, I got it then kicked it to about the 10 meter line then the guy caught it. I spear tackled him then turned the ball over and ran another 32 meters then the guy was complaining about a high tackle but the ref saw it and didn't care. Thanks a lot. Ur the best!
