I had the surgery about 12 years ago and tbh I’ve felt botched ever since my nipples have no sensation and when they do it hurts and it’s random I workout consistently and focus heavy on chest and I’ve only seen slight progress over the last year do what feels right but be mindful
Not Brutus, not conductor, the Drum Major! (Tho, yeah, he conducts too). Yes, tuba. I THINK just the graduating members of the band. Geometric shape that spells Ohio!. Team and cheerleader & coaching staff entrance in =between the H & the I in Ohio. I think supposed to be 53 players 11 offense, 11 defense 11 special teams & alternates for the more volatile positions. Representative of the US flag, yes. Good video.
12 is a BAAAAAD MAN! 🙌 Don't listen to the media or sports talk ppl. Just watch the film 🥰 Hated seeing him leave, GB made a business decision to move on and J LOVE took control! Wish the best to AR in NY GO PACK GO!!!
I was in high school when 12 was drafted ❤. The 1st Favre retirement, I was with 4.. the 2nd 50-50 and the 3rd I was ALL IN on 12 and haven't looked back. It's WILD to have relived this with 10 now 🙌 Sure am lucky to be born in Wisconsin growing up LOVING DA PACKERS!!! 🧀 GO PACK GO!!!!
I wish I had seen this video earlier. I have surgery in two weeks, and I didn't work out to lose weight on my chest. What do you think about losing weight and gaining muscle after the recovery period? Thank you.
I loved Romanowski. I think he was extremely underrated as an effective player at his position. I liked him before he joined the Broncos but after he did I was able to truly appreciate what he brings to a defense.
I grew up in Denver. I literally watched Broncos games just to see Romanowski hit people. It was like everybody was stuck in slow-motion while he came in like a rocket and left a trail of cold bodies on the field... He may have been a lil rough around the edges, but his intensity and fearlessness were unmatched.
My all time favorite receiver! As a ravens fan i wish we woulda had him his entire career! Dude would punch someone in the face, stiff arm linebackers make a crazy touchdown catch and make sure to tell u about it all in the same play
I'm a bit late to the party but can I suggest you check out The USC Trojan Marching Band if you haven't already? Check them out at any of the bowl game parades they have marched in as well. They are truly a magnificent sight to behold. I think they are the best college marching band around.
Although is routine is great, they have more that's totally mind-blowing. The Texas A&M Band performances are more high precision intricate correographed mliitary-style routines called Drill & Ceremony (I know this because I was in the U.S. military) as opposed to the equally fabulous Ohio State University marching-style performances. They're simply two very different styles. Definitely check out the Texax A&M Drum Major try out videos!
We have to give it to Lambert as the best ever, because he won. Yes, as well as receiving the greatest awards possible, Lambert was on a team that won 4 Super Bowls. And he was a huge part of every one of those championship wins. There are other great MLBs, but they did not win like Lambert. You have to win to be the GOAT. No great MLB won 4 Super Bowls! Jack Lambert must be given the title of GOAT MLB!
Jacob, thanks for doing the spotlight video on Lance Alworth of the San Diego Chargers! We saw the Chargers play in old San Diego Balboa stadium many times when they first came to town and are life long Charger fans. My Dad used to take us to those games and Lance was always my favorite NFL player. So fast forward to about 20 years ago, the only official NFL jersey I owned was of course #19 Lance Alworth. Then one day life simply happened... Not quite sure why what happened next could be so dang important to a grown man, but it was. The jersey got signed by none other than "Bambi" himself. (story is too long for this response) I'll just say that getting that jersey signed by my favorite NFL player of All-Time was sooo random, and I'm mean truly RANDOM!!! Lance Alworth, first AFL player inducted to the NFL hall of fame. G.O.A.T.!!!
thank you for sharing your school experience, I'm 29 and still having PTSD over my school years, truly school was the hardest part of my life, everything started looking better as soon as I finished school. one thing I'd like to add as a gynecomastia bearer , is building up confidence, I learned it by seeing a random guy on the streets with MASSIVE boobs, I almost thought he's a woman, and he was just walking by casually like he didn't give a shit, starting to appreciate my body and looking myself more in the mirror was a big help plus loosing weight and building muscles. I might get the surgery in the future but I can say I'm confident the way I am without surgery.
