I'm a trainee instructor and preparing for my part 3. I want to say that you are the best instructor out there. If I copy the style of how you teaching I'm going to pass with grade A. thank you
hi shahram my name is said ali and brilliant thanks. i passed my part3 today. i got notes from your videos and then practiced with students the same you do prompting in the roundabout judging gap. i must say thank you so much. i wish i could meet you.
When you asked your,r learner, that you will allow him to do it independently.. you were still speaking and doing precisely what you were doing when you were prompting him.. so that is not what we agreed.. how does that be viewed by an examiner? How client centric is this one when you over-instructing him and actually not allowing him to do it independently..
Hi Shahram. I liked your briefing at the start and the general tuition during the lesson. I've been told to avoid any stopping unless there was a safety critical incident. The examiner wants to see 35-40 minutes of driving. What's your opinion on this ? Also, I'm confused by the Lefts and Rights in the video. It looks like your in UK but driving on the Right. Has the video been reversed or am I getting it wrong ?
Hi , sorry about the video I forgot to set my camera that’s why is showing other way around 😅but important is the explanation , about the question that you asked no is not correct if your learners do any fault that needs to be fixed you can stop them and do fault analysis around 2 minutes however if your student is confident driver and the fault are minor you can do this on the move! But anything serious or dangerous you must pull them over and do core competencies so there is no restriction how many time you should pull them over
Brother is a term of endearment, you must keep referring to him by his first name to show respect on this very important exam . Apart from that , I like the video very much.
Hi your lesson plan on this lesson is roundabouts.. can I use this same method of teaching ect on mini roundabouts on part 3 coming shortly? A feedback would be greatly appreciated Thank you
Hi if just using mini roundabout it won’t be very challenging and examiner may not happy with the area! Specially if your learners partly trained, so I recommend to use both mini and bigger roundabout
@@beeandshahram ok thank you but regarding the teaching method.. I can use the same method of teaching on the mini as well as bigger roundabouts? Thank you
After reviewing this video, I can I see the trainer lacks experience in teaching skills and needs to do CPD development training to help him develop as a trainer
