To be honest it looks bit more confusing from both sides . When the pdi makes mistake you don’t clarify exactly what he needs to say instead u only telling him what he didn’t do or what he didn’t say. It’s not clear that what exactly he was supposed to say

This video is very helpful. Sometimes by the time you ask the questions and receive an answer they are already at the junction. This usually happens when they junctions are close to each other. How do we deal with this.
