In addition, we’ll go over the 5 common mistakes you should avoid while learning the au de frente.
Au de frente is a floreio movement in capoeira. Basically, the idea is doing a cartwheel with a quarter of a twist while arching your back and then landing softly one foot by the other. It starts much like a regular Au, but once the legs are off the floor, the hips are turned and the move ends in a front walkover.
Au de frente is often combined after a kick like armada. This is a great combination for any middle and fast paced games.
