I've been waiting for this one guys thanks, I got 1Q I feel some pain in the rhomboid major muscle during front lever training is that normal guys my form is good i keep the scapula retracted and depressed hand straight.
Just a general question. How many reps do you think of an exercise should you be able to perform clean perfect form reps of before making the progression harder ? I was thinking being able to get at least 6-8 perfect form reps of an exercise before making it more difficult
