How to do Bollywood Party Dance Moves!!! 

I am a 62 year old white, American grandma. I will probably never have an opportunity to show off my moves at an Indian party. But I love Bollywood movies, and I always wanted to try the dancing. Your video is great! Even an old clumsy granny can do it. I'm having a lot of fun. Thank you for sharing this.

Can you make a short cardio video using these moves where you do each step longer in time with the music after we try out the step. The music could be played throughout the video as long as it's not so loud that we can't hear you. I don't remember any actual jumping or high impact moves which is better for older people like me.
