My question is: I have already cleared my L1 back in 2019 and continued to be in job. But now I'm planning to prepare for L2 and subsequently L3. But how can I revise or full this gap of more than 2 years as I believe I have lost the grip on basics (Concepts as well as calculator tricks). Please throw some light on this issue also. Thank you.

Just a request, if you could shed some more light on slide 2, "job or cfa" point 1 which talks about working in an unrelated field like accounting or taxation, having already cleared L1. is it a good idea to quit the job, prepare for L2 and then look for a core finance role? Would love to hear from you....
I think in your bank it will not add anything other than preference in promotion. And ya in case you want to leave your job than it will be more beneficial for you.
