About visa i don't have more knowledge about it simply because we hired an agent who process my visa application. And for the OCI im not yet eligible bcoz as much as I know you can APPLY OCI after 2 years of marriage. and definitely will share it to my channel 😊. Thank you

I did research that first one apply tourist visa, then gets married in tourist visa, then they convert tourist visa to X visa.. and then they extend the x visa but at an interval of 6 months i.e. they need to renew it in 6 months Then when they complete two years they become eligible for OCI card.... Have you heard about it? How difficult is the process of getting visa by the foreigner?

@@GigiAndD it took us 3 months sis kasi nga yong cenomar ko na dala is hindi naka apostille kaya nagpakuha ako ulit sa pinas. Kaya natagalan pero kung kompleto requirements mo cguro kaya ng 1 month depende sa lawyer nyo or sa mag initiate ng kasal niyo

Yes! Apostile cenomar is required for you to get the authentication certificate instead of NOC

Hello thank you for reaching out. About your quiery Maybe they have different rules of requirements sir it depends on the state. And if the office register said that its required an aadhar card then maybe you have to comply but try to explain your situation first that your are marrying to another country girl. And if they insist then get her an aadhar card but it will take more time. And about the lawyer we knew lawyer but he is far we are from state haryana city hisar.

Kamusta sister, Once we receive our marriage certificate do we need to register our marriage in PH embassy india ? Iam just confused like how she will get PAN card or Aadhar card based on what ?

Good bhaiya, kamusta din sa inyo? After you get your marriage certificate you have to make it apostile and attested in MEA here in india. Then you can now apply aadhar card and pan card that's whatni do here.

Yes you can but i think you should not tell to the immigration office that the purpose of travel is for marriage bcoz e visa is a short term visa for meeting friends, sightseeing purposes

Sis depende sa rate ng lawyer yong sa amin kasi kamag anak ng asawa ko kaya hindi kami hiningan ng malaki minimum 10k lang yon

I think yes basta may affidavit of separation kayo ng partner nyo dati. But im not yet sure 100% mayroon na din kasing case na ganyan na nakasala din dito sa India.
