The magistration stamp depends on the RTO office and their jurisdiction area. So if for example, the indian's passport address is Jammu, Jammu & kashmir, the attestation will be in Delhi.

Hi, Thanks for the video. We are in a little fix. I have already reachd the Phiippines, and the decision of getting married is something we have taken after reaching here. Considering such circumstances, even though I am having all the other documents with me, I am not having the bachelorhood certificate. Considering that we are looking for a civil wedding, is there a way for us to tackle this situation? Though I am having a notarized singlehood document with me, I am unable to get a way how to do the attestation from the home state as well. Any guidance will help a lot. Thanks, its urgent.

Requirements for Filipino-Indian wedding only. Different nationalities have different requirements for Legal Capacity.

Hi, When it comes to the parental consent, both the parents are staying in different places due to their profession. Is the parental consent from any one parent enough or does it need to be from both of them? Is their physical presence needed during the notary? Also, how many days did it take for your partner to get the LCM from Manila? Thanks!

Hi! It only took 1 day for us to process his LCM. We submitted in the morning and got the paper in the afternoon. Regarding the parental consent, a copy of their ID would suffice. No need for physical appearance - however, regarding the signature it needs to be signed by both parents. 1 paper 2 signatures.

Hi Cenomar means a certificate of no marriage does it need to be apostille also, bachelorhood is the same as a single-ness certificate both are the same right?

CENOMAR for Filipino Citizen needs apostille, for Indian it’s okay without the apostille.

Hi ma'am,galing kami sa Indian embassy kahapon di kami nakaka kuha ng legal capacity.kasi yung bachelorhood certificate ng boyfriend ko walang stamp from Delhi Yung stamp nya lang po ai sa atty.help naman po ano dapat namin gawin naka schedule na kasal namin this April

need nia tlga ung BC sis.. please check ung shinare kong link ng Annex G ng MEA, nandun lahat ng accredited agencies na pwede makahelp pra makakuha ng BC. kc hnd rin pwede makakuha ng marriage license pag wlang legal capacity.

Hi magkaiba po ng requirements ung embassy and city hall. mukang ang magagamit niyo lang po parental advice.. pero it’s always better to ask the embassy po directly.

the magistrate’s stamp/ attestation should be from the same address that’s on ur passport or other address documents, notary can be done anywhere and then apostille by MoE

Hi, need ba ilagay ang date ng marriage sa affdavit in support marriage / how we met and plans, kung hindi pa sure sa exact date but surely on dec, kc hindi nmin alam kung kailan matatapos lhat ng requirements.😩

Hi! Please check appendix G po we provided the link. Nandun po yung list ng lahat ng legit agencies tska ung area kung san sila nag-o-operate. Dun po kme kumuha. around 8k+ rupees including notary fees. 1 week processing.

kung sino po owner ng document, sya lng po papayagan ng DFA pumasok ang magprocess. Unless may authorization letter.

Feeling ko need pa rin po kasi technically single na sya ulit, pero alam ko may ibang papers pa na needed if divorced na. Please check the embassy’s website na lang po for more info or call them. Para sure.
