Day 1 ✅ Day 2✅ Day 3 ✅ abhi tak nahi kar payi main 😵😵 Day 4 ❌ forgot Day 5✅ guys I am fcking happy 😭😭😭😭😭 I got my headstand with wall I am soo happy i cannot explain For beginners it might look uncomfortable at first but when you will do the right headstand you will feel comfortable wow 🤩🤩🤩

Practice makes a man perfect. Started practising Shirshasan 3 months ago; today I can hold the pose for 2 minutes without any wall support. So keep practising yoga. It works magically :)

@Mariana Rostam SK06c There’re certain preparatory poses; you need to strengthen your core. I’ve been doing yoga for 2 years now..mainly sun salutations, wheel pose, downward dog pose, cat-cow stretch. All these exercises will make you flexible. Also, do crunches.

Finally I am seeing a comment which is very realistic. I have been trying from the last 3 weeks and definitely can see that I have been able to gradually shift my weight from legs to elbows. Will still take some time to get there

It's been 3.5 months doing headstand every morning.... today I'm able to sustain this posture for 6 minutes straight without any support.....& I literally thought I was lagging behind 😅😅

Yes absolutely.. anyone can do it.. just do all the preparatory asanas and with time your body will be prepared for the final asana 👍😇

You won't. Practice a tripod and rolling out of that, it's just a roll your neck won't feel nothing. And there isn't much pressure on your head while doing it eather if you're doing it properly.

You can do Shirshasana everyday.. you can drink water after the practice.. just make sure it's not cold water

I used to do this in gymnastic class with the foam support. And used to do half stand without help. Gymnastic class stopped, trying to do at home.

It will be easier to do if your mind is distracted. If you keep thinking that you will fall then you won't be able to do it. Hence try listening to music while doing this so that you don't get scared. ~Personal experience ~

I was trying to do a headstand for years. I tried many tutorials but none of them worked I always used just flip up. Finally saw your tutorial. I am able to do it and it's been 1 week of trying it and now i can do a handstand. Just came here to say Thank you so much. I tried it and but before watching your or others vedio I tried by myself and I can do it now because I know now what to do when we start to stand. You know self study is best study❤❤ I start it with wall directly I don't have to do these all asan but u try guys you can also do it in 7 days 😏 # yoga ❤ #asan ❤

Two doubts: 1. In dolphin Pose should our crown touch the mat. If yes then should it be near the palms or in line with the shoulder. 2. In the final pose again should the head touch the mat. If yes then shoud any weight come on the crown?

Ans 1.) No your crown should not touch the floor, that's why maintaining right distance between elbows is a mandate alignment.

Ans 2.) Yes In final pose all the weight of your body comes on the crown, but if your body is in straight line in headstand..you won't feel much weight on the crown ..for that you need to have good shoulder, core and leg strength 🙏🙏

Di some day before i was suffering from typhoid nd because of that i useed so many antibiotics nd after that my stomach is swelled. Khna khane ke bad kafi bahr aa jata h plz koi yoga tips btao di 😊 .

I have done in 4-5 days. But after headstand I was suffering headache. I don't know why..... Can anyone tell me reason behind this? .my height is 5.6 n weight is 65kg

If it's a temporary pain it's ok sapna .. initially you may feel... Just make sure u do preparatory asanas properly
