True! Irony is - it was the responsibility of Isha Foundation to provide this to people registered for Inner Engineering and Shambhavi but at the end participants had to look out at youtube search.

I was wondering how to keep the arms and legs parallel to each other and perpendicular to the ground. That trick of arm length and a palm from the knees works perfectly. Thanks madam.

6:25 start 1 contract 2 look upwards 3 contract with leg inside 4 stretch lag back and look upwards 5 relax back 6 contract with leg inside 7 stretch leg backwars and look upwards 8 relax back 9 contract 10 look upwards 11 relax

Thanks for your videos, my wife and I watch them daily. In this routine do your knees stay the same distance apart as at the beginning.
