I have connected the LED's positive on the negative and the negative on the positive. The light shine's as you have mentioned in the video. But the problem is when I twist the throttle a bit instead of increasing the light luminosity the light gets dimmed. (But the flickering stops)...I haven't used any capcitor...MY bike is Honda Livo....The working principle is just like your bike...Thank you please help
Sir apne bohut sundar elaborate kiya apka video dekh kar e maine led battery se khol kar stock connection par kiya tha lekin successful nahi hua. Low beam toh jal raha hai lekin high beam kam nahi kar raha hai. High beam karne par negative terminal change ho raha hai or passing switch vi kam nahi kar raha hai. Please sir ap ek proper video dije na. Led headlamp laga kar proper ek video dijye ga toh bohut help hoga. Please sir........

Sir I need one more information 13:21 here. You have shown only the rectification process..But RR unit also regulates the voltage. So in the output of headlight from RR unit, instead of half wave, there should be half straight line signal. Isn't it? please confirm me if you have time...
22:13 If AC voltage gets output, then we should use bridge rectifier, Isn't it?. Because since it is AC we can catch current of both half cycle.....But connecting diode like this will only give half wave output....
yes, that's correct but when you use ac voltage which coming from coil whose one wire is connected to ground which means it's potential will be respect from ground if you try to connect the rectifier output to ground then you will short circuit it

I did as u said, my scooter has provided ac -ve supply to headlight, so i did what you said, swapped wire at headlight as per led +/-, but there is no stable supply to led by capacito, led flickers up&down as per variable AC fluctuations as per rpms and on high acceleration the led damaged and its fan rotates higher speed.. One doubt, when both Ac-ve & dc -ve used for LED then how can a capacitor charges without +ve, may be that is why flicker/fluctuations occurred to light.. correct me if i am wrong

if rectifire regulator supplies negetive dc volt then how to alternet H4 socket wire. Please explain... please answer I don't understand how to alter negetive and positive because h4 socket alternation is not easy there is switch and hi lo beam also with passing light
There are three pins in h4 bulb two for the positive and one for the commonwhich connects with the both filaments of the bulb, now you have to manually remove the connection of the H4 socket and high beam low beam switch and alter the wiring, you will find a wire which is providing voltage to the switch, remove that wire and feed that input pin with the negative voltage and connect positive wire to the common H4 socket.

DC negative voltage is being provided from the regulator rectifier of my bike to the yellow wire of the headlight. Now can I use car's DC 12 volt headlight by reversing negative positive line without using Breeze rectifier?

After one day I'm facing battery drain and flickering issue please sir give any best suggestion I love to enjoy led in my bike due to this issue sadly I'm again thinking to install normal bulb? Your bike had consumed more power than what the coil had produced, you can change the battery. Remember if you go for bridge rectifier the voltage will dropped.

सुझाव अच्छा है अगर हम नेगेटिव की जगह पॉजिटिव देंगे तो उसमें हमें स्विच में से ही नेगेटिव पॉजिटिव चेंज करने पड़ेंगे जिसकी वजह से हमें वायरिंग भी पूरी चेंज करनी पड़ेगी

My bike is tvs flame 125, its rr unit delivers ac ranging from abou 13volt ac to 50 vac to headlight and the rest supplies are dc. Now i have made a full bridge rectifier with a capacitor of 2200 microfarad, the output voltage now becomes 30 volt dc and above. I assume if i connect any led headlamp it will get damaged. Could you please provide any solution to this, brother?

Yes, you can do...coil always generate the current on running condition, after getting full charge of 1st battery you can switch over to the 2nd battery but it required auto switching with relays..it's complicated

Hello, I have a Hero Honda CD 100 1997 model, maine nikavi ka NO2H Led install kiya battery par kar ke also meter mein kitne bhi light has sab acche LED se badal diya, aur saath hi saath tail light bhi jahan brake pe regular halogen bulb 21watt khata yeh LED sirf 5.2watt kahata & parking mode mein sirf 1.8watt, meter mein bhi jitna LED hai sab 1 watt, pahale wala halogens 5 watt per bulb khata tha, battery mera Amco ka hai last year hi liya hoon, but LED headlight use karne par battery low hojarha, & jaldi charge bhi nhi horha, nikavi LED ka wattage bhi maine multimeter se check kiya low beam 17watt high beam 33watt khata, maine super splendor ka rectifier bhi lagya but woh nhi kaam kiya battery jaldi charge nhi horha, yeh 6A4 ka bridge rectifier bhi try kiya uske baad bhi same result, please koi tarika bataye ki battery kaise fast charge kare ki sab sahi chale, also maine AC output bhi check Kiya apne bike ka 42V AC aarha magnet coil se thora rev karne par, stock rectifier connected par battery par 12 se 13.5v DC tak aarha jab headlight off hai but jaise hi on hota 9.5V chala jata ideal mein revv karne par kisi tarah 12 pahuchta , toh please koi uppaye bataye ki isko solve kaise kare.
