Thank you sir for your video. Today I assembled the bridge rectifier as explained by you as above with bridge rectifier no. MB3510 for my scooty TVS pep plus. I put 2x 25v 4700 micro f . Capacitors in parallel to get good dc. I installed it by cutting the positive and neutral wires going to scooty head light and attached the rectifier there. I kept the remnants there it self packed and tied safely (in case of future use, if necessary ). I used 2x 12v 10w led chips in parallel for the headlights. I also attached 12 ohm 1 w resistor for each LED for safety of the chips. It is working good without any flicker and is giving good and wide spread light when compared to previous incandescent bulb. . Since it is covid time I have not tested on road during night. Many thanks to you for your great explanation understandable to all who are interested in such hobbies. I request and invite suggestions from you for any improvements to be carried by me. I think I should get 1 number of KBPC5010 Rectifier of 50 amps. Which Capacitor should I use for 50W LED & how many? Do I need any Resistance? If yes, model number, pls. Any thing else required? Can I use KBPC50A10M bridge rectifier? The device is rated 1000V, 50A. My confusion is our use case is only of 12V. Can this small voltage drive such rectifier. Please reply

Dekho sabse pehle to ye ki agar aap 12 volt 8 amp ki power nikalna chahte ho to vo hamari coil par itna load dalegi ki coil jal jaegi aur agar nahi jali to battery charge nahi hogi, esa nahi ho sakta ki hum headlight assembly me 100 watt ka bulb laga de, bohot heat banegi headlight melt ho jaegi aur uske hisab ki wiring bhi alag dalni padegi. Agar fir bhi lagana chahte ho to fir Engine me modification karke crankcase me ek extra generator lagana padega uske liye alag se wiring dalni padegi aur alag switch aur alag headlight lagani padegi
Very nice explanation. Everything is perfect. Only add a fuse/efuse in series with led bulb. Fuse rating must be 3A. If led will damage then fuse will be blown.

Hai sir I accidentally saw your video. It's really interesting and informatic. And the way of explaining is really understandable for those who have minimum knowledge in electronics. AC/DC 12-80V, high power:30W-50W low power: 20W-30W, 3000LM-5000LM These are the specification of LED headlight bulb I have. And my vehicle is hero Honda CD deluxe 2010 model. Which value of bridge rectifier and capacitor shall I use .And also I want to install 12V LED bulb in my meter console. Is it possible for me. Because the LED bulb for head lamp i have is 12-80V. And the LED bulb for the meter console is 12V. I want that these two bulbs in same line to control single switch as like the stock switch in the vehicle. Sirji, thank you🙏 but headlight has 3 wire input(comn, low & high). How can we add bridge rectifier to headlight ? Should we use 2 bridge rect ? Please clarify with diagram. Thanks🙏
You will find a if you trace the wire from regulator rectifier to switch console you will find a single wire going to this is console and then it will be splitting into wires going to headlight high beam and low beam

Hi friend you have a nice vid, i would like to ask if i install the bridge rectifier with 50v 4700 cap. also i’d read all the comments someone his using bridge rectifier with 50v 4700cap.Since the bridge rectifier connected to the ACv with the existing regulator hence with extra load from the stator and the regulator itself. Any chance that will not affect the performance of the stator and the regulator? please advise.
Thanks, you have to install the capacitor after bridge rectifier however the voltage would not be regulated that's why the capacitor will damage at high RPM, you can install bridge rectifier with existing Regulator Rectifier, however if you want to install the rectifier on AC side then the voltage would not be regulated

Hello brother. Your video is simply mind blowing. My bike is cbz xtreme 2013 model. I want to upgrade to 35 w Bi-Led Projector setup but after lof of study, i came to know that i need to first make my bike AC to DC in order to work this setup. If i put this circuit, can it run 35 watt Bi-Led projector. Also, can you share your contact details so that i can directly get in touch with you. @@Mukeshmiktecrep so you mean to see, using this bridge rectifier, i can convert my bike to DC. I know bike is DC as you explained in Video. Because i am planning to upgrade headlight to better bulb or Bi-xenon/ bi-led setup & i seen many videos where installer said bike has to convert ac to dc by coil rewinding & installing new RR.
Xenon High frequency switching causes problems in bike and may cause burnt wires or fire, if you want to change the headlight then change it with a branded one, either coil rewinding is necessary or a full positive RR is required
Dear Sir, I want to increase the light of the head light of my Scooty TVS PEP PLUS THROUGH LED as per the above bridge rectification and adding capacitor. I have seen three wires are coming to my head light. Out of that i will find out which is live and which is neutral and i want cut the wires near the head light, arrange the bridge rectification and capacitor there and connect 12v 10 watt led 2 numbers. Pep plus runs of 12v battery. More over if I arrange led as above, i think the facility of changing high beam and low beam will not be available. please answer whether I can do it or not? And also please clarify, while giving one answer, you said you do not want to .instal led light. May I know why you do not want to change it ? Is there any specific reason? Kindly answer.

@@Mukeshmiktecrep I am trying to convert my cbf125 to run LEd . The current I get after the regulator is DC pulsed negative? or AC .. I get both when testing with multimeter . I have bought a bridge rectifier and a DC -DC boost converter which keeps voltage to 12v 10A . I have created a diagram how I am planning to use them but RU-vid does not allow me to share the link so you can see it . I want to cut the yellow wire which comes out of the regulator and goes to the lights and connect there the bridge rectifier and ground it to the frame .Then connect the boost converter with the bridge rectifier 2 wires .And finally connect the + from boost converter to the yellow wire which goes to the lights and the - from the boost converter ground it to the frame . Would this work or it will short the system because everything is grounded to the frame ? The green wire coming out of the stator is going through the regulator and then is also grounded to the frame . Sir while watching this video i got one crazy doubt, can you clear this? Why there's a necessity to use a full wave bridge rectifier, instead why can't we use only one single standard diode with a standard capacitor, I know it will produce only half wave rectification, but in the mean time of the other half wave I mean when ripple period this so called capacitor will take care of the continuity of the supply. If we do so we may save money and unnecessary extra wiring too. If you can focus and clear my only doubt it would be very nice on your part. Sir, I know we should only use full wave rectifier for the best result but I need to clear this theoretical doudt. (Since I saw this type of circuit in many cheap electronic toys especially Chinese toys)
You will get only half the power from single diode, the capacitor will only suck energy at half positive cycle, but on the other half it will not do any action, we need energy from both the cycles

Actually coil itna current nahi bana pati ki itna high wattage ka bulb jala sake to default 35/35 watt ka bulb laga sakte ho, 90/100 gadiyo me lagta hai
