Just keep on trying on pull up bar till u get 1st pull up U will gradually gain strength Quicker if ur young I tried to progressely go in that assisted pull up ka machine It was pretty much time waste One day i just got fed up went to bar and just started trying hard A week later I was strong enough for pull up

bro you need a strong core (abs, lower back) Then biceps then traps and lats to perform a pull up . And a lat pulldown wont help you to make strong core as you legs are not used in it .

Mene to kuch bhi train nh Kiya tha fir bhi Aram se pull ups kr liya tha.... Shayad islie Q ki mera kaam fabrication ka hai aur site fitting k liye mera roz ka chadna utarna hota latak kar 😅

Bruh lat pull downs se nahi hoga pull chahe kitna bhi weight karlo usme pull ups accuire so much abs to uske liye abs ka strong hona important hai

Mera ek 13saal ka dost ho wo peheli baar try kiya pull ups and usne 7reps proper form se nikal diya and meh 1years se pull ups try kar raha hu and meh sirf 5reps kar pata hu koi solution hai😭

Bro slow or saaf bolo taki samajh aye kehna kya cha rahe ho. Sound like you are speaking with marbles in your mouth. Use hindi more and less english to target more, english bolne or samajhne wale 10 honge out of 100 baki sab 90% log hindi he bolte or sunte hai. Suggesion - take it or ignore it bro.
