Omg I am so glad I happened to see this! I'm not a hairdresser-im just a 42yr old trying all the fun colors b4 I feel too old for it to look right lol. Have been messing around w lots of semi permanent colors but have been desperate to do a shine line or peekaboo highlight situation,but all the vids I've watched are too difficult for someone who's not a hairdressers to do,but THIS IS PERFECT!! Not too difficult & BEAUTIFUL RESULT! Thank you so much!!😘

It's so smart how you applied this color! You only need a few colors because when you blend them, yellow mixes with pink to create an orange shade, and with the blue to create green. I've been learning a lot about color application just by watching videos like this one and I've come to recognize that, oftentimes, people apply colors that they don't need. Doing it your way, it saves time, but most importantly, reduces waste. Your color choices and formulations were so smart as well! This is both skillful and artful. Thank you for sharing with us. I have been using mainly pravana for years, I have used pulp riot and joico some but you have me re-thinking pulp riot, I guess I didn't realize that it doesn't bleed into the other colors like pravana does which is very important. Hey, Kate! I think you have shown that the rainbow effect can be taken to the gorgeous extreme of perfection in this video. Wow! You're just so right about working smarter and not harder! Can you suggest another base color for me to use? I'm not crazy about the purple, and lean more towards the blue colors. I'm naturally pure silver, Kate; my hair is long and quite beautiful (so I'm told) but I really want to color it with the rainbow prism like your video. Whaddya think?

I sent this to my hairdresser and going for it next weekend. I'm struggling with what to choose for base colour tho. Rose gold? Cool rose? Raspberry? Scarlet? I think it will be a coin flip! I really REALLY do want my hair done by you tho, once we can travel again....

You don’t wash the color off you just automatically dry?

Beautiful nice work! Would have loved to seen her face and not a mask. When at the end, I can understand covering your face when you're breathing chemicals but we want to see her happy smile when she's done not a silly mask.
