It's really hypnosis in depth which not every experts do it. Thank you so much for your time and effort to teach us this valuable technique. I have saved this video and will do the otther parts.
Never watched such precious videos about self hypnosis; your series is truly helpful, useful, clear and to the point. I've decided to use it for my anxiety, which is affecting my digestive system badly. Wish you all the best & thanks a million. May Allah bless you and bring you both happiness and wellbeing.
Thank you. Its great to hear such positive feedback. This series took longer to make than any other series. And when I released it there were hardly any views which was really disappointing. But the views are finally increasing and Im getting lots of good feedback which makes it all worthwhile.
This is the only video that truly shows how to do it and how you should feel or think while doing it 😊 I am going to see the whole series, subscribed 😊
I have now taught myself how to go into a state of trance within 4 minutes, often so deep that I become uncomfortable after 45 minutes as my who body vibrates so much my muscles feel like theyre sinking into the bed and pulling away from me its crazy!
Thank you for this content, it'll be very useful to me. Thanks God I don't suffer any of these mental problems but, sometimes I feel the weight of stress.
Hi Tony. There are tests but these are done in a clinical setting. Google Hypnotic Induction Profile if you want to read more about them. A small percentage of people are extremely suggestable. These are the ones that stage hypnotists select for their shows. However the majority of people have some level of increased suggestibility with hypnosis. At the very least it will make you feel more relaxed which is great to utilise for the systematic desensitisation or behavioural experiments which I talk about in this series. When it comes to anxiety, hypnosis is not a solution but a means to an end. For example hypnotherapy is very successfully for phobias but in most cases it is the therapy part that overcomes the fear not the hypnosis. The hypnosis just makes the therapeutic intervention much easier
I feel like i have a lump in my throat, and always worryng. I googled it and say its dysphagia. But im perfectly fine when eating just hard sometimes. Is it anxiety?..... From 🇵🇭
Its best to get it checked by a doctor to be safe but anxiety can cause a feeling of a lump in the throat. I made a video that explains how ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-mj_Vw5yGxtQ.html
Thanks for making this! I'm not sure if I'm ready to make my own hypnosis script yet, and the big step is, who will read it? I can't just listen to my own voice. The other thing is though it starts to answer questions I have about hypnosis. I've often wondered if I'm doing it right, i.e. how am I supposed to "feel" at end of induction. Is it really as simple as my subconscious is open from just being very relaxed? I never really feel like I'm not aware, or "under" in any sense, nor do I ever need to be woken up at the end.
dude I love you, thank you in advance you made it into my daily life 1week so far , got my goals smashed in the gym, I need to improve my timeline but I have no experience doing this so I am just writing scripts constantly and changing them. if I send you some could you advise me ( >.< sry )
I really appreciate your lessons, Sir. I am at a very difficult time in my life, and I have become a very angry and reactive person, and I am desperate to regain control of my mind and emotions - as well as my life!
Thankyou for understanding this concept, as sum one who get more anxious n panicky with focus on breathing. 🙏 I do try to do more breathing technique but I have to do when I’m not anxious.
I have a playlist for Panic Disorder that you might find useful. It includes a series on how to use CBT to stop panic attacks. ru-vid.com/group/PLLLHgjmNNVTFLsF-SjiT2cnjVPENLoVIm
@@TheAnxietyAttic I’m starting at the gym after work today. I wouldn’t wish this upon my worst enemy. Also getting all my blood tested. Thyroid etc. I need to find someone to counsel me with this CBT.
