Thank you for sharing Nitish. I'm glad you enjoyed the video. P.S. I wrote an uplifting book connected with jumping rope. It's about a boy who lacks self-belief and struggles with bullying and weight issues. His life is forever changed when he meets a substitute teacher with a passion for jumping rope. Hey there, most days when I jump rope, I wear either Nike Free or Nike Flex. The Nike Free and Flex models are minimalist shoes, yet are comfortable and many have plain designs. Nike Free: amzn.to/2t6fcjW Nike Free Flex: amzn.to/2D4wwuj Some days, I wear boxing boots. The ones you can see me wearing in several videos are made by Lonsdale. Their boots are comfortable, durable, not too expensive, and tend to be the same as your typical running shoe in terms of size. For instance, if you wear a 11US (10UK) in a running shoe, you'll probably wear the same in Lonsdale boxing boots. The newer model of the ones I wear can be found here: amzn.to/2D4vU7Z And some days, I don't wear shoes. From time to time, I jump rope barefoot for the challenge factor (enforce the using of good jump rope technique) and to improve proprioception.
