Love seeing the 'expert' and 'in progress' at the same time - really helps me see that I'm on the right path, that I just need to keep practicing with good form, and I'll get there! Too many videos are just A + B = C and so it's hard to ensure you're doing things 'properly' when it isn't immediately obvious.

I AGREE! This is why I like posting videos like this where I'm either learning from someone or teaching a beginner because a lot of times when you know a move well and try to teach it we don't realize that it's not as simple when in the learning process. Also I sometimes learn a lot easier from others mistakes and seeing the process :)

You're the best!!!! Just bought skates for my daughter's little friend. They cannot afford it and the little girl was so keen to join my 6-year-old but her skates are too tiny for her friend. Not like if I was loaded but hey, guess what, on marketplace they just posted a pair exactly her size which i can afford and I so bought it just waiting for delivery! Can't wait to try this with the girls 💗 so exciting 💗 you have 3 top fans in Latvia learning everything from you 💗💗💗💗 lots of love, beautiful 💗💗💗 you're getting the whole world skating 💗

Awesome video! Some of these tips really helped me understand why my toe spins were so "wide" and my pumps would be really wide @5:52. The part about pulling back in that left foot or even just pivoting around it was super helpful to get these looking nicer and kind of at least a mental break through for me. Thank you so much. No other videos really mentioned that stuff!

Focusing on one spot as you spin reminds me of when I was in ballet. It helps with balance and direction. I am terrified of this one, yikes 😳! I guess it’s like taking baby steps, for me at least

So I just started skating again and have already learned a few new things from your channel, LOVE! So my big toe hurts is the nail area after a while of a skating and continues hurting after my skates are off. I wear two socks but not sure what is causing this pain, does anyone know? I don't want to loose a toenail.

Yooo I’ve never thought to try from a dribble… really good idea!!! I just tried it and as someone who hasn’t really done toe spins, doing the dribble first helped a lot in getting a little bit of momentum 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

its really all in the pump action I believe like that paddle motion she was talking about where you use your heels to keep the momentum going :)

Yes I got them from there site. They took like 8 weeks. However they’re sold out everywhere and they also discontinued the safety dance because of cosmetic issues 🥺

I'd say alot of weight is absorbed into your knees and also in your toes. This is a tricky one! Takes lots of practice I'm still working on it too boo 🥺

I can do spins with one heel and one toe, Everytime I just try toes a faceplant 🤣. I can balance on my toes but am struggling to spin while balancing

thats quite alright love. I actually have the same issue. I find that the issue might be the upper body sometimes flails and the shoulders move out of alignment so try keeping them squared to keep your balance :) Hope that makes sense hehe 😇

oh absolutely! I was doing them on my luminous wheels here. I will say that I think its easier to do spins on smaller hard wheels though but also it depends on the skater and what makes you comfortable :)
