This is very common pa.. Keep practicing pa.. When you practice alternate nostril breathing, if it is blocked too much and you are not able to breathe properly, then skip that practice pa.. Other than this, only consistent practice will give you relief pa.. If you pay close attention, there will be times when both nostrils will be free.. Identify those times and practice during that time pa.. Puriyudha?

Ujjayi produces the kind of heat that is favourable to the body. And it is almost impossible for this heat to have a negative effect on you. However, you can increase your water intake if you feel any odd difference.

Yes u can.. U can do everything mentioned.. Just balance with good diet.. Eat only Satvic foods and drink water in a copper tumbler as u pray to the water gods to cool u down pa.. Drinking 2 elanis everyday will also help pa.. ❤️

Bro doubt. I regularly do surya namaskar 30 mts in morning and 10 mts relax. And 20 mts pranayama do... Is this good set? I mean what should we do first. Yoga or pranayama ? Pls clarify my doubt.

As always, Count Inhale and Exhale together as 1. Accuracy does not matter in the beginning when you are practicing different types of Ujjayi. If you are practicing Ujjayi in Savasana position, mention it like this: SVSN-UJXX where XX should be replaced by the number of counts. Once you become comfortable with Ujjayi, implement the same in all your BCM practice.

Seiyalaam.. If you encounter problems, make adjustments to cool yourself down.. If you just say "I wont do this coz I have a hot body" then you are basically giving up!!
