Please make more of these videos this helped me A LOTTT Thank you so much ive always had trouble with regular code i needed this tut. Edit 2 likes is crazy good! I’ve. Never gotten 1
Im really cool with coding in c# i enjoy it but whenever I create a script component to any gameobject, while scrolling to the bottom i see visual scripting and am confused because it's not like they use visual basic or something, so i decided to check out how it works
why is no one talking about this, 1:31 WHY IS HE IGCOGNITO MODE?!??!!(Krazy, i have you're family Held Hostage and i will set the free If you pin this comment)
You should consider using a script, not swinging the mouse around wildly (use some post-processing to add highlights), and leaving things on the screen longer so people can listen, then look instead of splitting their focus.
Tbh i do prefer text-based programming. It just seems faster and visual programming seems really tedious. After switching to Unity I couldn't stand using something like Scratch. Gonna still watch the video though!
Yeah I agree but I do kind of like visual coding better because you can easily see all your capabilities and it takes a little bit more time to like look up how to do stuff if you're still new to text based programs
It's there a simpler way to recentre everything after an accidental drag caused by sticky mouse situation? So far my only solution is to zoom it to 0.1 and middle mouse drag hopping to find where my graph gone.
I couldn’t continue any further it’s my first time on unity like ever I am a scratch user trying to switch to something new and when I typed up new vector it just shows like these World timers I am stuck at this part I am using the updated 2022 version
There's a setting in Unity that changes the naming of nodes between human and programme naming, though i feel the programming naming is better. Sadly I failed to state that in the video. Try to go to Edit/Preferences/Visual Scripting and turn on programmer naming, or turn off human naming (Cant remember how it go's )
Nice video, I want to make a ludo game & a card building deck game using visual scripting do you have any tutorials on these? Any help would be appreciated thanks.
Yes works wih cinemachine, input system I think. Might have to do some stuff, but should be able to find some videos on this. I'll hope gully make a video further into visual scripting wih unity
Not fully sure as I havnt used build box so can't really help you there. But its relatively easy, obviously will take some to learn Unity in a general but not months. Though being alot of people arnt using Unity because of the pricing changes if you were concerned with using it then you should check out the Flax engine, which has c#, c++, and a visual scripting language.
