We had an incredibly disappointing experience. My husband ordered a Dyson Airwrap for me, but it wasn't the model I wanted, so we arranged a return via collection, as we couldn't return it in-store. The collection was scheduled for July 24th, and we've been chasing a refund ever since-today is August 22nd, and still no refund. This delay is largely due to DPD failing to provide us with a receipt, despite the delivery person assuring us that we'd receive it via email, which never happened. Now, Dyson is refusing to issue the refund. Despite numerous calls to customer service, where we've been repeatedly told that DPD collected the item, Dyson still refuses to process the refund. This is appalling service, especially from a brand as reputable as Dyson . Their customer service has been absolutely unacceptable.
