About a month ago I tried to do this trick but I landed on my head I didn’t get hurt but it was really scary but this video (not even the get over the fear vid) this video help so so much and you make amazing content keep it up I love your videos and you are amazing

I did a double backflip 1 month ago and landed on my knees and my old trampoline is put away but I’m getting a better trampoline that’s higher quality with 8.5-9 inch springs will the bounce help? Because when I went to a gym I did a front half and over rotated and Didint land it way to bouncy.

This helped me a lot i am making a lot of progress from this video

I can do double fronts and I committed to double backflip and just never stopped tucking and neck squashed and I still not sure if I did triple or double cause I knew I was ready
