How to down tempo in Disc Golf with help from my TechDisc 

I have recently been increasing my distance over time as my form changes and my fitness gets better. I’ve always struggled with taking distance off of my shots and the further I throw the harder it gets.
Watching Anthony Barela throw such smooth putter shots after throwing a 600ft drive inspired me to try to figure out the best way to control the release speed of my disc. Using TechDisc to help I am explaining the best way I have found to throw consistent full power shots and then straight away throw a smooth touch shot.
