hello have you an older firmware for CS-CV246 actualli i use V5.3.2 Buil 230828 and ther is nopicture on synology but previusly i'ts working an other not working CS-CV310 with v5.2.7 build 230629 the CS-CV206 with v5.2.7 build 210727 is working correctly an not up tu date (I don't push the update) for the 3 cam i active correctly RSTP from lan

Hi everybody, I need an Ezviz dome camera which used to work awesome but after last firmware update (I did it manually, pressing the button on the app), the image quality went down enormously. Some colours seem to be forced (my grass is shown deep light green), and I want to go back to the previous version. First question: is it possible to go back to the original firmware version by reseting the device? I think that no. I also have a second cam which has not been upgraded yet, so I know what's the previous firmware number information. What should I do? Need to try by my laptop choosing firmware from files manually? Thanks
