I have a query. i just tried this & edited the files as needed, yet it comes back stating, no net connection (when it clearly is) & my HDD space is low, which i have 166Gb available on the drive. Any thoughts be appreciated, thx.

Try logging in to live.com and then running it again. That is the MS site for authentication.
