1. How to download Calibration Report from Draeger X am 2500 by using Draeger CC Vision Basic Software?
Draeger x am 2500 portable gas detector has one unique feature.
Draeger X-am 2500 Portable Gas Detector has capability to store last calibration record inside its memory.
And User Can download last calibration report any time by using IR Interface of X am 2500.
What do we need in order to connect X am 2500 with PC?
We need USB DIRA with USB cable.
The Draeger USB DIRA with USB Cable is one of many communication and datalogging accessories suitable for the Draeger X-am family of single and multi gas detection equipment.
Secondly, we need Draeger CC Vision basic software.
You can download this Software from :WWW.Draeger.com slash software.
Download Procedure for Draeger X-am 2500 Calibration Report
1 . Turn off the unit. If it is ON, press OK and Plus key simultaneously until the countdown has elapsed.
2. Connect one end of USB Cable with DIRA USB Port, DIRA near to IR Interface of X-am 2500.
Put DIRA to as close as possible with IR interface of X-am 2500.
3. Connect other end of USB Cable to PC.
4. Open up Draeger CC Vision Basic Software on PC.( software available on, www.Draeger.com/software.)
5. Open up device manager on PC.
6. Click on ports, and check the com port number.
7. Open up Draeger CC Vision software, and go to tools and select com ports.
8 . Since USB Cable is connected to Port Number 3, Select COM 3 and Press OK to confirm Selection.
9. Click on X-am 2500 icon.
10. As you can see from the picture that, Device Configuration screen appears. You can find every details about device configuration such as alarm set points, calibration range etc from this screen.
11 .Click on print preview icon to generate calibration report.
12. To download this calibration report in PC or laptop, Click on Printer Setup icon.
Step 13 Go to name, and select Microsoft print to pdf.
Step 14 Select Microsoft Print to PDF in order to save file in pdf format. After this, press OK.
Step-15 Choose the location .
