Hello everyone! Don’t you just hate it when you find the perfect skirt at the thrift store, but then you look at the tag and it’s a few sizes to big? I do! So today I wanted to show you how to downsize a skirt by thriftflipping a skirt I bought second hand last summer! 😃
My first tip is to use a belt to cinch in the top of the skirt - a super quick and easy way to downsize a skirt with no sewing required! The next two ways require a sewing machine but the process is quite simple, and you can easily make your skirt smaller 😃 If there’s any part that you feel needs further explaining then please let me know and I will gladly explain it as best as I can!
