Sorry guys forgot to mention The width of my front and back neckline is 3 inches While the depth for my front neck line is 3 inches and the depth for my back neckline is 1 inches

Good morning,I watch your tutorial is very detailed,my question is what length did u use for the front and back bodice, since they is bust dart at the front, after closing it will it align with the back

For the front . My shoulder to my waist line. From for the back . My nape bone (the bone at the back of your neck mostly seen when you bend your neck down ) from the nape bone to my waist line too . That’s how I got the wait line

Then if you want the full length of the dress . You can use your hip depth measurements and mark it on both front and back from the waist line. Or what ever length you desire and mark it from waist line .

Your bust dart should be the difference between your front shoulder to waist measurement and back nape bone to wait measurement. Subtract the two . And that will be the width of your bust dart . So when you close the bust dart at the front it should align with the back
