This is a video tutorial from BidetKing.com that will walk you through the process of draining your bidet seat.
In this video, we'll be showing you how to drain a bidet seat. If you plan on moving the bidet seat to another location or if you will be out of town for an extended period of time, it is a good idea to drain the water from the seat first.
To do this, first unplug the electrical cord from the outlet. Then, turn off the shut-off valve and disconnect the water supply hose if needed.
Most bidet seats will have a release button on the side of the unit. Press and hold the button to remove the seat from the mounting bracket. Still holding the release button, angle the seat downwards to allow the water to drain from the base of the nozzle and into the toilet bowl. Give the seat a good shake to ensure proper drainage.
Some seats, like the USPA 6800 do not have a release button. To remove the seat from its bracket, lift the unit up from the front of the base and slide forward off of the mounting bracket. Once the bidet has been removed, locate the drain bolt underneath the seat. Unscrew the drain bolt and allow the water to drain into the toilet bowl. After you've finished draining the USPA 6800, screw the drain bolt back in and slide the seat back into its mounting bracket.

@@Emersonxsu1 I figured it out. You have to use a flat head screw driver tp pry the nylon bolt out after its switched to the open position shown at 1:10.
