@@missannulicious alright here’s how I fixed it. I flipped the washing machine, removed the bottom (it was already a piece of card board), then returned the hose to its place. No need to get someone to do it for you like I did. They’ll rip you off for smthg you can at least try to do yourself. Just be ready for the fountains of water that will pump from machine. Just had the same problem. The hose is ridiculously short on my Samsung washing machine and slipped into the casing. My washing machine is in a cabinet, so removing it would be too expensive and time-consuming. I had to get creative and do some delicate work. I managed to get the darn hose out like this: I used a blackhead remover (covered with plastic) which is bent at one end and nail scissors for moving the hose inside the box and tweezers to get the hose out of the hole. The plastic cover was still on the blackhead remover, so it covered the tip and wouldn't puncture the hose. I captured the hose with the curved blackhead remover and pushed/moved it into position with the scissors until I could pull the end of the hose out through the small hole again. I used tweezers to pull the hose out of the hole. Phew. It took 1-2 hours. Please don't attempt this with the blackhead remover without the plastic cover, and be careful with the scissors!!!
