Can you plz expain why you provide 10inch external wall And internal wall same thickness . But maximum time we provide External wall 9inch and internal wall 4.5inch.

Wall thickness depends on brick size. In some areas brick size is 10"x5"x3" and 9"x4.5"x3" in some other areas. so wall thickness depends on size of brick available on that area. And Inside the building the internal walls are made to divide the area in rooms so you can keep the thickness 5" or 4.5" but to make the structure strong you can provide 10" or 9" if there is enough space. We usually provide internal walls also 10" & only toilet walls we provide 5" walls, you can say it Partition walls also.

In some plans while drawing the plans the x dimensions is taken in y direction and y direction in x direction y it is like that?

there are situations where the orientation of the orientation of of X & Y dimensions may seems swapped or rotated. it could be due to user customization, external references or coordinate system transformation. check UCS settings, inspect external references and review dimension style.
