Is this method also good to draw different shaped eggs? for example I want the thicker part of the egg as thick as possible and the pointy part as pointy as possible without jagesor edges. And a longer egg as well. What should I do to make this happen?what are my Parameters/Variables?

No, with this method the proportions will always be equal. You can try other methods. There are many. This is the most basic. Greetings
