The word "character" is used 40 times in the first 2 minutes, where I paused to post this... I wonder if I hit play he'll say it again? Hedge your bets.
The hip and shoulder movement you mentioned, I read about that once, it was called the ischiatic pose or movement or position or something like that. Great one Moh!
love your videos / general vibe so much dude! you break things down in a very digestible and understandable way, which i appreciate a whole lot. i have ADHD and find it difficult to retain information, but artists like you and ethan becker have worked wonders for that part of my brain that needs a clear, direct, ‘this is what it looks like and this is how you do it’ style of teaching. much respect 🎸⭐️
Poses where aside perspective always one of my biggest struggles when i drew something or someone. So this is a big and much needed help to finally get a good grip in that particular direction of drawing, thanks a lot man!
It's really great to see you doing so well Mohammed! I still remember our interactions back in the early DeviantART days. Absolutely great video, and thanks for featuring my art in there too.
Cheers!!! ... There is an artist personally, who has a good dynamism in the illustration is the Master Kim Jung Gi's ... Very nice information, thank you very much for the video ...
I'm in the notification gang! And as a beginner color artist, I really want to learn how you color and emulate your style as a foundation to grow in my techniques!
My friend recommended this video because I’ve been struggling with making my characters look impactful, and the explanations in this video helped me so much!
Thank you so much!! My poses always looked like it wasn't natural, some poses had dynamic and some others didn't. But now I understand why some did, after I studied their lines, etc. At first I thought I wouldn't need this for drawing, but now I am studying anatomy, studying the human skeleton, and as I am doing here, studying how to make my arts more dynamic. And this helped me a *lot* !! So, again, thank you so muchhhh!!! 💖
i don't usually comment on videos, but damn you've really helped me to understand perspective, shape and movement. your explanation are clear and insightful ! thank you so much!
I'm learning how to do animation right now but I am not good at drawing at all. And I like to animate action scenes. So this video helped a lot. Now I can get better at art and animation. Thank you!
I'm using this quarantine to improve my art. It's still on process, but from all the youtubers I watched, you and Marco Bucci were the ones that helped me the most with this!! thank you! :)
OMG OMG I CANT BELIEVE IT YESS, line of action and gesture drawing are the life saviours! i just doodled on my tablet and the pose came out pretty decent, even tho i'm new to poses
I've been struggling with anatomy because I've been wanting to add more dynamic movement to my illustrations to make it less stiff. You explained this really well and it helped me a lot. Thanks, brother!
Recently discovered your channel and its been great! Taking this time of quarantine to get better at all aspects of art and your videos are a joy to watch! Keep it up!!
@@MohammedAgbadi You're the best art channel on YT rn for me tbh, I love your attitude and your tips, and at least for me, your videos come just at the right time. Bless up fam
I really like the accent, but the video was great aswell! Thanks for explaining poses, i always end up drawing boring straight poses, but maybe i should draw more expressive ones...
He looks like I did in college, only with a sexy accent-like half my math professors, lol! Learning to draw superheroes is way cooler than algebra, however!
Just a small piece if advice on the oratory part of the video, if you find yourself using a word over and over, you can try using different words that reffer to the sane thing like design, drawing, concept, the name of the specific character, etc. Overall this is a great video on a very hard topic, glad I got it from my recommended list.
