@@11RIHAM Ahh so that you can move something to the right, for example, with just one button instead of having to press a direction as well as ctrl? I think you can record an action in Photoshop and save it to a single button so that might work? but I haven't tested it for this. I think I have an older video about flipping the canvas, where I talk about setting up an action, I would have to rewatch it myself too as I haven't used that method in so long
Hey Mary, I usually use a custom sketch brush that I have a video on making, I will link it in the comment, I made it to look close to traditional pencil, aside from that I mainly use the standard round Photoshop brush :) - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Ffw5NBR-BzM.html
When I hold shift to draw a diagonal line, the line is barely visible. I have to make the brush size incredibly large just to see the line drawn. Have any idea why that is or how to fix that?
Are you using a pen with pressure? also have you tested it with any of the other photoshop brushes? sounds like it could potentially be that you are using one with pen pressure attached to size or opacity, maybe..
@@SketchedbySte im not sure what your asking. I am using a pressure sensitive stylus on a tablet if that's what youre asking. the opacity or the brush type is not the issue.
Hey, I am thinking of creating some tutorials for Procreate on the Ipad if that's what you mean? For now, try create the line free hand, and at the end of the stroke, keep the pen on the page (screen) for a few extra seconds without moving it, it should create a straight line :)
@@rajeshmoryani6689 sorry its not something I have used before. I will try get hold of an ipad with photoshop in the future to figure it out. Photoshop wasn't available on ipads at the time of me making this you see
@@BeyondDoodle Thank you for the suggestion! Are we talking, a semi circle, or an arch like a door way? I will have a think about the best way to do it!
@@SketchedbySte actually both would be kewl, I figured it out using the pen tool took a bit to get right, but a semi circle would be also awesome.... I know photoshop keeps coming up with new ways which is fantastic. Usually I would do this in illustrator but I’m in a photoshop graphic design class , so everything has to be done in photoshop 😂 but I love being challenged 🎉
