Hello nice video, what happend when you set the voltage to 6 or 7 volt with a led of 3 volts?

first of all, the cn5711 works up to 6 volts. i would not use 7 volts to power it. you can power it with any voltage you want between 2.8 and 6v, you just have to check that the led supply current is right. If you want you can use an appropriate resistor between the driver and the led to further adjust the current

Hey man I know you didn’t ask anyone but I just wanted to say first off that I loved the content and may even try to recreate it. But I noticed the 73 subscribers and want to give a piece of advice. Don’t do the computer voiceover and do tell people to subscribe at end when thanking them. Is there a reason you aren’t using your own voice for voiceover?

Hello dear. Thank you for writing to me! I'm glad you enjoy the video! Unfortunately, I have a horrible voice and my pronunciation of English is very bad.... At this time I am experimenting here on yt. I promise I will improve the audio!

Great video but please do not use ANY music, it is really annoying and has no purpose for these kind of educational content. Background music should be left to elevators to fill in the awkward silence or use with videos where no voice is needed. Other than that, I just stumbled onto this chip and will use it in some of my future projects. Good luck with your channel 🙂

Hello dear, thanks for the advice! I hope the audio of my videos will be broadcast in all the elevators in the world 😂😂😂 If you prefer, in the video description there is a link to the fully textual guide (instructables). Thanks for the support!

How much current this module can handle, do u have any options for 20w led driver
@dariocose

CN5711 can handle up to 1,5A. (1:20) You can try one of these modules but I have not personally tested them.... s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_DEB7MmR s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_DDQvHZh s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_Ddoic07

How much voltage is de led getting?
@dariocose
@dariocose 6 месяцев назад
The LED receives the input voltage minus a small voltage drop. There is a detailed table on the datasheet. However, the cn5711 drives the LED in current, not in voltage.
