Thanks for video. This video got me started at ducking the sail. One of the tricky things i've found about ducking is knowing where exactly where the wind is blowing from and knowing when you are in a good position to duck the sail. A good step forward for me was realizing that as i gradually swing the board up into wind that as soon as the foot of the sail taps my shin / calf muscle then that is the cue to immediately duck the sail. This is when i am sailing switch stance with forward foot by deck plate, 5.2 m2 sail, not quite planing. My plan is to start doing it with my feet further & further back, until in footstraps. Not sure if the position of sail relative to my legs will change while in footstraps (at ducking point )?

@Barak R All the kit is 2015 In this video I use 3 different boards The Big Board is a really old Starboard Start and I use a 4.8 Severne Freek as the sail. For the other clips I use 2 boards Green Board is a freestyle board Starboard Flare 91L the Red board is a freewave Starboard Kode 86 L I use a 5.2 Severne freek (freestyle sail) with both these boards in the clips shown.
