Love the video & how the hair turned out! Quick question If I use a 30v will the hair turn out lighter or darker than the one in the video or does it not matter? Does the developer only speed up the process and not affect the color?
I completed this process with a different color which included leaving the roots of the hair alone so that the dye could "bleed" into the strands on its own. Well... I ended up going back to, carefully, dye the roots manually since all but the roots of the unit were dyed the color I wanted. Leaving the dye to bleed through to the roots cost me additional time to go back and "fix" what I should have done in the first place: Dye the roots as you dye the hair, but be very careful about touching the lace cap with the brush.
If you watch the video carefully I went close to the roots without getting to close to the lace and the dye actually did dye the roots without getting on the lace. That’s why I did mine in one process. You probably didn’t go as close as you should have.
@@ifeomacrystalI colored all but a half of an inch away from the roots. There was very little remaining of the unit that wasn't dyed by the time I finished applying my mixture. I cannot speak on your results, but mine left me with a half an inch of undyed root strands throughout the unit. I would love to provide an image of how close I got to the roots here but I can't.

I've tried burgundy box hair dye with developper before alone and mixed with the box dye after on my light brown virgin hair but it didn't do anything ot just darkened my hair ends
Hey love, I have a question. I realized that you did not comb the hair while the dye was in it like, most people do. So what happens when you comb the hair with the dye in it, and what happens when you don' comb it?

This is beautiful! Did you bleach the knots before dying the hair? Also how you manage to put the wig in the bag and not get any dye on the lace! With my luck I could neverrrr😂

This is the exact color i want shade and all . But the wig I have is 613 and lightly toned .. should I dye it black before doing this ? Or should I mix the red with a black dye to get a darker red
