Thank you very much. I have seen 100s of RU-vid videos and colouring hair and you explained perfectly . Keep it up! I also liked chloes videos....and glad we both loved her chocolate colour with red undertones. My hair shade is black. I have used a shade 4 chocolate brown from loreal but dint see any difference. I want a deep chocolate hair colour (with slight red undertones at the ends) . Would you kindly ask your mom what shade number should I apply ? Thanks :)
