People don’t become successful by being good at one thing. You have to adapt to your environment and meet the demands going on during your struggle. Muddy carpet season ? Maybe also try doing house interior carpets. Etc.

A little quick advice car don’t get water spot damage from the rain they just get dirty the only way that it gets water spots is if u leave the car parked near the water Sprinkler I would recommend just a wash and wax with a clay bar every 3 months Talk with Experience from some who has been in a car wash job 20. Year

all year you should just focus on maintenance clients that way weekly & monthly you stay busy...so when the winter hit it stays the same its just you working around the rain days and days its to cold (but you still will always be booked)

Expand your services to include pressure cleaning houses. Whatever makes a dollar until you build up a customer base. More money means more equipment and more prospects.

Honestly it’s going to be a year that I started. I have not experienced anything slow. I am glad I always been busy but it might be because I am in college too so I don’t book a lot of people. I keep two people per day. Monday-Sunday

I think cold is different in different places. My days are 19°f outside detailing interiors in 2 feet of snow. I prefer snow over rain for sure
