Learn 2 easy ways how to adjust a Wilton cake leveler. The Wilton cake leveler is a leveling tool that helps create an even and symmetrical surface to remove the top round layer of cake so you are able to stack and decorate cakes easily. This tool is tricky to use especially if you do not know what you are doing- I have been there! You need to lightly press the cake leveler legs inward to release the tension in the wire, so you can easily adjust to your desired height.

Hi super Kate, this cake cutter is very useful. Often with the knife, we either break the slice, or we cut it crooked. With this tool the slices will be perfect !!

I’m a big fan of method #2. Unfortunately, I rarely remember that I own this device and cut the tops off with a serrated knife (Poorly, I should add). This is super helpful, Kate! 🙂
