Thanks for making the video, helped me to set up my live stream and jog my memory. One thing you could add is I also have my laptop camera as a second video stream showing the decks, I set the scene so you have a large front on full screen with a small box showing the decks in the corner. It's nice for people to see what you are doing, you can also set it up to swap between scenes, maybe you could do another video exploring what else you can do with OBS set up. Thanks again.
Great tutorial. Might be worth an update showing how to use the soundcard built in to the MC8000. USB from the 8000 to the Mac and you don't need the external card.
Thanks! Few questions: where your monitor output cables are connected to? Where headphones will be connected for cue/monitor tracks? Sorry can't see that :) can see clearly that master output cables ar going to an external soundcard, and then card connects to a laptop via usb so basically denon device itself is not attached to a laptop via a usb cable as you playing from the USB is that right? So the only software you use on your laptop is the obs and there is no need to use dj software on a laptop is that right? This is my ultimate goal, eliminate the need of dj software while playing on all In one standalone device, play from the USB, and the only software in use on a laptop would be like obs :) and what about competitors like pioneer xdj all in ones can you stream using obs in exact same way without using record box on a laptop? Cheers,!
What's up Luis and thanks for watching. I've had this soundcard for years. It's now discontinued but the Behringer UCA202 is similar. BEWARE!!! It normally retails around $29 (U.S.) but because of high demand is currently being price-gouged for more than $70 (U.S.). Thanks again and please subscribe.
hello i just want to ask im using irig 1 how will i connect to obs? but irig directly to cellphone the music is good.but i want to use the obs?wahr is the proper settings.tnx in advance
What's up Andy and thanks for watching. The video quality for most webcams on the market today are pretty good. No need to get a 4k camera. A 1080p should work well for streaming. To ensure that you get your entire rig in the screen, my suggestion is to get one with a wide angle lense. GOOD LUCK and please subscribe.
What's up Kixsoms and thanks for watching. The soundcard I'm using is discontinued but the Behringer UCA202 is similar. BEWARE of price gouging!!! It normally retails around $29 (U.S.) but because of high demand is currently being sold for more than $70 (U.S.). Thanks again and please subscribe.
