When I move my character, the direction doesn't face the sprite still, only if I move my camera. Without the hat nodon and the angle sensor, it was the opposite. Is there any solution?
The box the texture is on keeps rotating regardless towards the direction of the person nodon what do i do to stop it rotating like that Ok well i fixed it by removing the angle of the person but now im having another issue, the y hinge connector and the box are messing with the persons physics even though the box doesnt have collisions on, but its making the person bounce weirdly when they land which makes it awful and janky to control the character
I have trouble keeping textures in the background they want to get in front of my 2D character can you do a tutorial on how to keep them in the background instead of them my character walking behind the texture
You have to, in the texture nodon settings select which “faces” the texture appears on. I think it would be one of the middle ones - trial and error! And for breaking Im not sure if maybe just try checking the connections. I always find myself missing one tiny detail that throws everything off
Could be, but I think in terms of ; ease of letting new players and aspiring developers or just people tinkering around GBG can’t be beat. We need a sequel with less limits and more level sharing tho!
Can you show me a video how to customize the enemy but in 3D if you go at the end see those weird looking pink blobs that's what I want the enemy to be like that can you show me how?
I was planning on putting out a showcase video with it today but I got delayed and I forgot I left it uploaded on GBG 😆 I’m glad you thought it was fun! I hope people can use it as a little learning base template for cool flying creations
You could attach a box to the Top of the person (attachment settings of Y+.Y-) and then put a texture on that. If you activate a texture on the person itself the whole body disappears!
