In this video, we take the gold we've panned from the rivers and streams and purified it to 24k gold with Aqua Regia. This is gold from Arizona, Tennessee, California, North Carolina, & Georgia. Support us here: / lifebuzzn
Your video is exactly what I've been looking for! I'm planning on doing the same with placer nuggets, n this video has simple, step by step instructions. Thanks for posting this! I can't wait to try it myself.
Very good very good. Now if you go to home depot and get the better torch nozzle you'll be able to completely melt and then pour the gold. Get the nozzle with the hose attached.
Good morning! I’m a miner from the Caribbean island and I like to know where can I buy liquid nitric acid, I bought my hydrochloric acid from Amazon but they don’t sell nitric acid, love the way you work with this químicas, could you share some light for me please, thanks Eduardo
What's the gold assay for after your process? Sure there's no other precious or base metals in the gold? Thinking you should have melted silver or copper with your gold then used nitric to get all the impurities out of the gold. After its completely clean is when you put into aqua regia and smg to get pure 24k 999 gold. The smb is for taking out any inpurities sitting on the gold in the crucible. I suggest you watch some of Sreetips RU-vid videos and get your process corrected.
And how much gold have you, yourself actually processed? The title of the video was about a easy method. This method is used by prospectors and works. Sure skreetips goes overboard but he has a channel dedicated to processing metals and a lab. His career is built around processing metals. Most prospectors could pull more gold out of the ground in the extra time it would take getting it from 98-99% using this process to .99.9. It's not worth the extra time, most don't even purify it more then smelting it into a button. They just sell it at 80-92% and get back to pulling more out of the ground.
Who Hoo you're rich and now you can buy Little Debbie a new used refrigerator. Just Kidding but do hope you both have a Merry Christmas and a happy New Years.
Is the urea necessary? I've seen this done a thousand times and they never neutralize the acid before adding the SMB. The mud is simply washed with distilled water 3 or 4 times to clean it. Then smelted
HI MARK AND PARTNER , GET THE REST OUT WITH ZINC POWDER I GOT ANOTHER 10 TH FROM MY EXPIRED LEFT OVER AQUA REGIA GIVE IT A TRY THERE IS A GUY ON HERE DOING IT BUT(YAWN )A BIT UNINTERESTING. I'M SURE YOU WOULD MAKE A BETTER JOB OF IT, KEEP THEM COINS CUMMIN KEITH UK
silver will most likely be the base impurities. in aqua regia it will precipitate silver chloride wich isnt soluble. use a good filter to remove it and then precipitate with smb
Next time I add a couple hundred meals of distilled water and put it on a couple hundred degrees and it'll work flawlessly you're using pure acids with no heat no reason it's taking so long
